Our student accommodation providers are only a 5-15 minute walk to the school and located in the city centre. We can offer student apartments with a private shower room and toilet, and a large shared kitchen and living room. The perfect place to enjoy the famous nightlife and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and many other facilities the city has to offer!

Oxford House
Oxford House is a stylish and modern student accommodation located in the heart of Newcastle City Centre only 10 minutes walk from the school. En-suite cluster apartments feature ¾ beds with under-bed storage, shelving and wardrobe space, and a large study desk with your own private en-suite bathroom. The communal kitchen and living area is fully fitted with modern appliances, dining table and chairs, providing plenty of space for you to cook, relax and socialise with your flatmates.The site has 24-hour security and a variety of high-quality facilities designed to enhance student life– dedicated study areas, a social lounge with Sky TV, an on-site gym, laundry facilities and outdoor social spaces. Its central location means you are only a short walk away from everything Newcastle has to offer.
Sheares Hall
Sheares Hall is a modern and welcoming student accommodation located only 3 minutes walk from the school. En-suite studio apartments feature ¾ beds (around 120cms x 190cms) with under-bed storage, shelving and wardrobe space, as well as a large study desk and your own private en-suite bathroom. Each studio is self-contained with a fully fitted kitchen, dining area and living space, giving you the privacy and independence to live and study in comfort.The site offers 24-hour security and a wide range of facilities designed with students in mind, including quiet study areas, a social lounge with TV, a fully equipped gym, and on-site laundry.
Magnet Court
This art-deco building built for General Electric is home to 112 students who enjoy its calm and quiet atmosphere. In the central shopping district, we're just a stone’s throw from St James’ Park. Students will only need to cross the road to get to the school! Students will have either the option of staying in a cluster apartment with a shared kitchen or getting their own studio apartment (limited avaliablility). All of the rooms are equiped with a 3/4 beds, a desk for studying and ample storage space. Magnet Court has a laundry room for students to wash and a common room where students can socialise.
City Centre En-Suite Accommodation
Independent living in the heart of Newcastle
Self-catering rooms with private en-suite bathroom and shared kitchen. Or a Luxury Studio Flat with a private kitchen.
To book these apartments choose the option on the general application form.

Each room comes with a bed, wardrobe with mirror on the door, desk and chair, shelving unit and under bed storage, etc. All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms with a spacious shower. Bedding (pillow, quilt, bed sheets) is provided - students should bring their own towels. Each flat is equipped with a shared kitchen area which is fully fitted, including a sofa, TV, dining table and chairs.

Check out for all of our Accommodation is 10:00am on the day of your departure, you will need to make sure that you are fully packed and out of the room by this time.

Bookings are from Sunday to Sunday. (If you have an earlier arrival, it may be possible for you to book into a room for £40 per night, subject to availability.)

Once payment is made no refunds can be given. Minimum booking 4 weeks

International House Newcastle reserves the right to use the room for another booking beyond the paid up to date.

Any possible extensions must be booked and paid for at least 4 weeks in advance and are subject to availability.

A charge of £30 will be applied for the lost room key fob.

A charge of at least £50 will be applied for any additional cleaning if the room is not kept up to standard.

The students are liable for any damages made to the respective properties.
